Hardware GPD Win - keyboard, fan and usb port don't work anymore

Hey,

I have the second revision of the GPD Win. Everything had been working so far. But overnight the keyboard and the usb port functionality have stopped working (only the power button, volume buttons and 360 controller elements are still working). And if the fan control switch is at the highest position the fan doesn't make any noise. Only at the middle position the fan works.

Has anyone the same issues?

P.s: My version has the Z8700 CPU

Check your drivers.
If yours are malfunctioning, reinstall them using someone's else driver dump.

No. I didn't bought that crap since it's known to malfunction for no reason.
Best bet would be to send it back for repairs if you bought it from Gearbest from example.

I have googled for hours already. There isn't any explanation or solution for my problem. There are only other people describing they have the same problem and don't know what to do... And there are people saying their keyboards are suddenly working again overnight...

Shake your GPD Win softly and see if it fixes.
You can also turn it off and leave it off to cooldown and see if it changes

Most people here are either not having the issues or they don't have the device. But you must remember it is a computer. So check drivers. Check connections internally. And worst case scenario reinstall the OS..

I can't get into the bios... So it shouldn't have something to do with the the OS.

Didn't that just come out? It should still be under warranty. You should contact the manufacturer

I would send it back if I don't have to wait 4 months...

Yea but look at it this way, it does not work right> You can't figure out why> It could be a issue with the mobo> Or with some other crucial part> And if you don't send it back and wait for it to be fixed or replaced> You wasted 500 bucks for a brick..

Power+Volume Up/Windows key should get into the Bios
