Well, either way, if it's being published onto CD, we should see it on the web fairly soon after its release. If the game's meant to be played on a DS flashcard, then it will likely be an NDS file that can be easily downloaded and copied over.

Heh, it looks more like a delousing game than anything sexual. Though how she got lice in all those places...
Hentai is one of those niche things that very few people outside of Japan are into. I for one am a hentai fan but anything with monsters raping little girls is certainly not my cup of tea, for some it is though. I know Nintendo likes to cater towards niche gamers with unique types of games, so a game like this coming along from another company is just extending the niche market to a different genre.
