You will need the xorpad from that nand bump.

only if you have the xorpads for that 3ds, you need them for decryption

If you have decrypt9 on the 3ds then you can back up nand.xorpads.bin. Thats what you need. Mine was 722mb

The 3DS is broken though. I can't use it, I only have the backup. Which sounds worthless now.

Unlinking my NNID (haven't made a new one) made it so that I can access the eShop now but it deleted some (but not all!) games I bought from the eShop. I'll have to find a way to recover the save files using backups…
The hardest part is also figuring out which games were deleted…

It also deleted my badges on my home screen (haven't done anything with custom stuff).

EDIT: The games that were deleted still show up in Data Management under system settings, but they're grayed out and have an X.

Same thing happened to me, minus the badges. Just re-install the games using something like FBI, the install should go fast since the game is already there.
