Hacking haxchi HBC - Putting console in to storage advice

I am buying a backup Wii U white 8GB. Should be coming in the next few days. The current white one has haxchi HBC using brain training. My plan is to do the exact same with the backup I receive. One console will go in to storage as a backup. Question is: Does anyone know of any impact to having Haxchi HBC enabled on a console that might be off for years and powered on in the event the primary failing. Thanks

Put a piece of paper in box with some notes of the current state.
Some info of do and don't (do not format and reset being the most important)
Just in case somebody other then you opens the box.
I would not Install Cbhc.... Same scenario... Someone other then you opens box, reformat wiiu... Brick.
