I am basically a newbie in all of this Flash cart stuff, and I don't know which cart to get. I dont need one that goes super fast, I just want one that is 256 MB or 512 MB and is less than $60. As long as it doesnt take 30 minutes to load one game, then it is alright. Please post your comments here- I have already read the reviews, but some of them dont have prices- I have a GBA SP and a DS if that matters.

Also about the flashcard, sounds like a Supercard is the perfect thing for you.
The adapter itself is 60 bucks, but you have to buy your own CF/SD card..
