Well, what I would do is set up luma 7.0 on your 3ds SD card as well as getting a .bin version of godmode9. From godmode9, I would stick the A9LH.bin file into your CRTNand.

If this doesn't work, it may be a brick and you will have to wait on magnethax

No need to put it in ctrnand, if he gets the 3DS working again he should just switch to B9S right away, it takes like 10 mins.
