I already know of GeckoCodes.org , but the codes listed there mostly are pretty slim to none for most games, even as bare as "Master code for game x" and nothing else to go with it. So i was wondering how do i create codes to use with it? The tutorials only show you how to put converted codes into the .txt files so i am left pretty confused on how to create ocarina/gecko codes. And if there is a way to take AR Codes and Convert them to gecko codes that would be very helpful as well. Many thanks in advance for the help!

GameCube cheats in the Gecko Format are to be used on a Wii or with Dolphin.
Back in the GameCube days cheats were searched using GCNrd and the Broadband Adapter. Later the Viper Chip was available with its own debugger.
Now you can use the USB Gecko to search for cheats on either a real GameCube or real Wii. Consider that both use a different release of GeckoOS. But you can freely chose between WiiRdGUI and Gecko dNET.
The only problem is that all 3 devices are unavailable these days... maybe @happy_bunny still produces custom-made USB Geckos.
The worst but obviously available way to search for cheats is using Dolphin
