How do you set the archive bit in Linux Mint?

I tried using a Windows virtual machine to split the NSP file and set the archive bit. I copied the split NSP folders to a shared folder then used the Linux host to write them to the micro SD card. This somehow flipped the archive bit so the games didn't install.

I need to use Linux to set the archive bit to a folder on the micro SD card.
