My router automatically blocks my 3DS from Nintendo Services but browser works fine. Support fixed it (because we don't have access to it, it is a free internet exclusive for our location) and 1 year later, it occurs again. This time I ask if there's a way to fix that, what's the problem? What URL or DNS (idk) does it block? Please help...

What you mean of "Nintendo Services"? Console's browser, eShop or online gameplay? To open Nintendo's site in browser and to play online you need different ports.
Some ports are mentioned here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/request-nintendo-3ds-ports.329101/
But with good (normal) router you do not need any port-forwarding, so:
Is it really your router or your ISP who is blocking ports? May be ISP is kinda like proxy (to be cheap). Or your router is extra-ancient. Or it's not even router, but somehow LAN's AP or something.
Also it's possible to block ports (except 80 and 443 for example) on your router for wireless clients (for security or fascism reasons) and your ISP can do it if he is controlling your router.
Get real (normal) ISP then.
