How to get PCSX ReARMed working on the old 3DS!

NOTICE: THERE IS NO POINT IN USING A PS1 EMULATOR ON THE OLD 3DS AS IT IS VERY SLOW!!

Hi there, I discovered this when looking around and such and managed to get PCSX ReARMed working on my 3DS!

1. Go to RetroArch's website and download the 3DSX package.
2. Copy it to your SD card.
3. Copy a PS1 game to your SD card. (I'm not giving links to PS1 games, that's up to you)
4. Open Homebrew Launcher and run PCSX ReARMed.
5. Hit "Load Content" and find the BIN/CUE file of your game.
6. Launch it with the current core.
7. Presto?

PS1 emulation on the 3DS (decently) is just not possible at all. The hardware's simply not enough, regardless of what model.

ummm, i am sorry, but isn't that the usual steps for any emulator?
won't PCSX ReARMed cia more effective then launching it from Homebrew Launcher?
