on my crappy laptop, i used obs to record the laptop and the xbox one app for windows to connect to my xbox then pressed the shortcut key to record with obs

not all updates only from like 2016 on or something, also yes kinda you would need to buy a program called Gamiflux it should stream the games over

if you mean dev mode its not really a hack its an official thing supported by microsoft

if you mean hack like jtag or mod chip or something then no not that i know of

I don't think the web portable works anymore, I type in my xbox ip and I constantly get a time out error and can't be reach'd.

if you havent tried yet try putting https://ip instead of just the ip, i was having the same problem

There are homebrew apps that you can install that will allow you to copy and move files around on your Xbox One in Dev Mode. Try this for size. -> http://www.mediafire.com/file/om18bfrnfbz9g27/MyFilesExplorer_1.1.271.0.7z/file

It may be I haven't checked to see if it is to be honest. But you can at least sideload it and use it in Dev Mode
