ROM Hack Question How to move saves from emuNAND (CFW) to sysNAND (OFW) using NAND backups?

I second that question.

I'm currently playing Pokémon on my CFW infested SysNAND but want to restore a clean SysNAND for online gaming soon (I have a backup from the time before I hacked my Switch). The thing is that I fear I won't be able to transfer my game saves from EmuNAND to SysNAND without leaving traces. Is there a way to do this?

No you cannot do it unless you want to leave a trace. Everyone already thought of this. Please check other threads.

I did this more than a year ago using Checkpoint and being in airplane mode while restoring the savefiles in Sysnand, and I'm yet to be banned. Make of that what you will, though, be careful.
