The point is, what is burp suite. Here's a link to what it is, it should explain why you'd want it for your XBone.
It's most likely for reversing something not yet known, but existing in the system. Or, someone ported hacking tools, in the hopes someone else uses said tools in their reversing, for a PoC Jailbreak of sorts.
Note: the usage of this software, seems to be in line with the recent Wii U/PS3/4/Vita webkit exploits, the discovery of them anyway.
