Hacking How to transfer file from SD to Gamecube Memory Card

I wanted to copy a file from my SD card to my Gamecube Memory Card because I heard you could run custom NES games with the NES with no cartidge in it in Animal Crossing Gamecube so I wanted to put an NES rom on the card but WiiXplorer doesn't let me open the Memory Card. What do I do to copy a file to the Gamecube Memory Card.

Edit: I forgot to mention I'm using Nintendont to run Animal Crossing Gamecube
