Homebrew I am once again asking for help with building yet another new build of Atari 800

As the title says, I once again need help, however I am not as inept as I previously was, unlike last time where I couldn't get anywhere I can now build most things and figure out the majority of issues, however I am still stumped by some stuff, and this is throwing me for a loop, any guidance in the right direction is appreciated

Make a romfs folder in src/3ds/ and run make again, git doesn't preserve folders so you can get bugs like this sometimes when an empty folder needs to exist and isn't either created by the Makefile or has a .gitkeep or such file in it.

What's weird is that there wasn't a roms folder there in the first place on the GitHub, but I'll try and see what happens

I'm a complete and utter idiot, deleting everything and rebuilding from scratch again with the added step of making the required folder fixed it

Now I've gotta figure out exactly which settings are necessary in the rsf file I need to make for the eventual CIA

My build is missing the romfs that existed in a previous build I had help making previously, is that an issue with the elf file or the template rsf file I used?
