Hacking I can't enter Luma Settings.

I set a pin on my 3DS through the Luma settings just for fun, and now it's bugging the heck out of me, but I can't disable it. Whenever I try to hold down select on boot, it boots normally, without going to the settings. I've even tried to hold down select EXACTLY after I've put in the pin, it still boots normally. Help!

I just said he should delete the PIN.BIN file on his SD card where Luma stores the pin.
