I made a CIA for 3ds out of a rom using NSUI and the game wont save im trying to play space channel 5 but i press start and play end and check back and nothing saved at all, can someone help please?

i dont know too much but i think it may have to do with what save file i used? but i dont know where to get to my save file and what i would change the file to, if even that is the problem so i really need help
