missing golden sun 1/2, mario and luigi, zelda minish cap/lttp
But otherwise pretty solid.

Couldn't hurt to have a FPS too, the GBA had some nice little FPS games.

Dude... no Fire Emblem? Dragon Ball Advanced Adventure is a pretty solid side-scroller, too. Add in WarioWare as well and I think you are all set.

Super BAM = Bust A Move -- Goes by Puzzle Bobble in non-North American regions.

There are 4 Crash games that are platformers and one racing game.

Lilo & Stitch is similar to Metal Slug but of course not as good.

Magical Quest games are remakes of the SNES Mickey Mouse games. Sounds kiddy but they're pretty fun.

I'm not much into Tennis games but Virtua Tennis is pretty fun. Not as sweet as on other systems but it does alright on the GBA.

Sword of Mana is pretty much the same as most of the Mana games.

Wow you've never played Worms!? It's similar to Scorched Earth, Pocket Tanks, etc.

CT Special Forces games are also similar to Metal Slug but they have some different types of levels mixed in like an overhead shooter type and a Silent Scope type.

River City Ransom EX is a remake of a CLASSIC NES game that is a beat em up so you should like it since you like DD.

Payback is like GTA but 3d rendered -- just not as cool though.

I'm not sure if Gunstar Super Heroes is really a sequel but it isn't a remake of the Genesis game.

I loved all the great games on GBA and will havta get back to playing them. Right now I haven't even been too busy to even play my newer systems though.

Lilo & Stitch is similar to Metal Slug but of course not as good. Hmm.. I think I'll stick to Metal Slug then.

Magical Quest games are remakes of the SNES Mickey Mouse games. Sounds kiddy but they're pretty fun. Actually, it is pretty fun. got it on SNEmulDS.

Final Fantasy VI Advance, it was awesome on SNES, and on PS1, it was a dream come true when it was released on GBA.... Portable FFVI.
Also Final Fantasy IV and V Advance.
Another game I enjoyed was Shaman King - Legacy of the Spirits - Sprinting Wolf.

I can attest Astro Boy: Omega Factor is a great game. Never cared about the anime, but the game is developed by Treasure (Gustar Super Heroes) and you can't go wrong with them. Ever.
Also, I'm happy to see you included Metroid: Zero Mission. Beat that game last week and it's pure gold.
Oh! And how could I forget: Spyro: The Eternal Night. Short game, but the gameplay has been described as Dragon May Cry and that says it all. You won't believe you are playing a GBA game. Same for Kingdom Hearts: Chain Of Memories. Beat the game both in Japanese and English and loved every second of it even thought I don't speak Japanes and never played the first game. Incredible depth and Graphics.

I don't see Rhythm Tengoku on this page. It might be japanese, but it's the best collection of minigames EVER.

edit: and personally I enjoyed the kirby: nightmare in dreamland remake..but I'm a kirby slut.
editedit: apparently my searchfunction in firefox abandons me as kirby was already mentioned.

Why are I not seeing Golden Sun 1 and 2 on all of your lists?

And why do you hate Zelda??? To be a non-conformist?
