Hello to all the wonderful people of this helpful community!

I figured I could post this here(next best thing to having access to a second board!), as this is a relatively simple problem to solve if somebody has the same NVB-003 motherboard, a multimeter and the time to help!
I have a PS4 Pro motherboard with a Southbridge that I have successfully replaced, however, during the reflow process some of the SMD components blew away(Shock! Even though I thought I took steps to prevent it). I don't know which pads had 'em to begin with as some are intentionally bare. But I can tell some places had them for certain.
I recovered some caps but don't know where to resolder 'em(If they are all the same cap value, then I know they go on the data bus lines entering the Southbridge).
Would anybody be so kind as to:
i) Confirm the missing components, and
ii) bust out their multimeter and show me the values of these components?
I have them highlighted(and numbered in the attached photos for easy referencing.(Orange means missing for certain, while yellow means not sure if anything was there to begin with) .
Hope this post helps more people looking for some of these values too,
since there is no online scheme or schematic with the values as of yet.

Many thanks in advance for anybody's help!

[EDIT: the spots are clearer on the photos now, I removed the yellow highlights, as they were indeed bare to begin with. The circled spots are capacitors, the squares resistors]

Here they are:

Upon further investigation on side A the yellow parts were in fact bare, so no components there.
What Im only interested in are the orange highlighted ones(for side A)
