Homebrew [INFO] SNShax, what it is and how it works

Do any of these already have Homebrew Apps? And if they do, are they safe to use?

If you're on a firmware >9.2 then you CAN downgrade currently... I would HIGHLY recommend waiting though, lots of people have bricked, Stevice10 and a few others are tossing around ideas to make the process as safe as possible... SNShax isn't be developed (it would be pointless to develop it anyways) and ntrcardhax requires some hardware (basically a gateway) arm9loaderhax has a POC but only works on n3ds and is VERY dangerous
