Hacking Installed B9S, but N3DS won't boot with the microSD inside

Hi, I just updated sucessfully to B9S, and the 3DS is working as it should, but after I deleted the unnnecesary files I wanted to turn it on and it flashed the light for a second and then nothing. It worked after I removed the microSD, and after it loaded I insertid it back, might there be something conflicting with my CTRNAND Luma on the microSD and therefore not allowing the system to boot with the card inside?

Do you have an older boot.firm on your SD card?

Just 3DS.boot and the boot.firm that comes with the installation.

Can you show a screenshot of the root directory of the SD card?

Download the latest Luma3DS and put the boot.firm into the root of your SD card.

If you have a fresh "boot.firm" on the sd and it still black screens, try deleting the same file from the CTRNand partition (if it's there)

I had a similar issue and had to delete it from the CTRNand as for some reason it conflicted and I could not boot the system from SD card. Afterwards, copying a fresh boot.firm to both the CTRnand and the SD fixed it.

Last night I got home to test the 3DS and it actually worked normally, I didn't have to do anything to it.
