Gaming Is it just me or does Animal Crossing NH lag in TV Mode?

It has extreme slowdowns during the gameplay. Drops from 30 to 20 FPS I would say frequently while I’m running:
I thought i have input lag but other games don’t seem to have this problem but I’m not sure.

can anyone associate with this issue?

...so nobody else experiences lag and shutters when he runs with his character in tv mode in Animal Crossing on the switch?

I've experienced frame drops down to about 25FPS in certain busy areas of my island, but these happen both in docked and handheld. These also only happen when I'm running into or out of these areas but don't persist when staying within the area. Boosting the CPU clock with sys-clk seems to alleviate this, so I suspect the issue is caused by the game not being able to load assets into memory fast enough.

I have experienced what feels like input lag. Not bad, but noticeable. And my rumble on my pro controller hits early when I chop trees.

do you have a game mode setting on your tv?
