Do a hardmod or a temp hardmod and restore that backup, don't send it to nintendo they'll just send you a new unit or change main board.

I think you're screwed if you didn't remove a9lh they're probably going to cancel it or charge you even more money

idk i think nintendo cares more about a9lh than homebrew

all nintendo can really do is update the system version and soundhax and a9lh will be able to be installed still
