Generally you don't want to share where to get backup from, Sony ain't easy to deal with when it come to copyright stuff, a lot more trouble if you get sued by Sony.

Yes but we will not recommend it, as YouTube guides are usually outdated and text guides are usually more up-to-date.
though I once used a youtube guide to put CFW (Real CFW, not HEN) on my PS3, a very risky process for me
