Homebrew Is there a trainer to permanently unlock content in Mario Kart 8?

Last I recall there was a trainer to temporary unlock parts, characters, etc and after you used it it would reset everything on your save including things you unlocked legitimately. Has anything been made since?

Even something as small as having just the address for coins would help.

your also forgetting things why edit memory if you could just get a 100% save and inject with saviine or save mii.
