Hacking Question Is there a way to check if a NAND backup is OK to restore?

I believe you can use HaxDiskMount to check your raw nand backup. It should be able to succefully open your raw nand backup confirming its ok. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I was scared about that and what I've done was taking another backup before restoring just to go safe. Also, remember that in some cases, restoring Boot0/Boot1 is also needed.

That sounds like the logical thing to do, still didn't think of it, thanks. Still, would the actual-NAND backup (with CFW and NSP and all the hack stuff) work the same after restore? Yes, did back up boot0/boot1 and Cal0 too.

EDIT: Joined the parts with the combine script and opened the rawnand.bin with HacDiskMount, just as proffk said. It shows this, I think everything's OK.
