Hi,

Is there a way to merge an NSP file that has been dumped and split on a FAT32 SD card into a single file for archiving, as is possible with split XCIs?

Yes there is a windows cmd you can use to merge the split files i don’t remember it offhand but it would do what you are looking for

If splitting was done by splitting to chunks and putting them to folder with archive bit and adding ".nsp" at the end of folder name...
Windows:
In Command prompt go inside your .nsp folder and paste this command (you can change only file.nsp to whatever name you want)

copy /B * file.nsp
