Developer tihmstar, known for his work on the Phoenix jailbreak for iOS 9.3.5, recently released a new way to jailbreak 32-bit devices on firmwares 9.1 to 9.3.4. It simply involves going to http://jailbreak.me/ on your device and clicking the "Jailbreak" button, rather than having to use a PC to sideload an application.

The jailbreak itself is semi-untethered, meaning you'll have to go to the website again upon each reboot, however this can be fixed by installing the untethered jailbreak from tihmstar's repo.

Instructions
  1. Make sure your device is 32-bit and on versions 9.1 to 9.3.4
  2. Open Safari and go to http://jailbreak.me/
  3. Wait for a minute or two until the device resprings
  4. Open Cydia
  5. Add the repo: http://repo.tihmstar.net
  6. Download and install the "Community Offsets" package
This will install the community offsets and the untethered jailbreak
