Misc Japanese eShop on an American N3DS.

My friend has a Japanese n3DS and he uses the same account on his Japanese 3DS on his Japanese Switch account. He can add funds ti the 3DS and access them on the Japanese account. Is it possible to have my N3DS (on luma) have a Japanese eshop so I can get Japanese exclusives?

No. Even if you were to region change your system, you more than likely wouldn't be able to access the eShop.

freeShop gives you access to multiple region's titles, you can download foreign games like that if you want. (provided its titlekey has been uploaded.)

I have freeshop. I just wanted to see if I can move funds over to a Japanese eshop on a 3ds to use with a switch. That's all
