Is there anywhere a guide on how to patch?
I just used DPSPATCHER and patched a clean JUS with the jus-eng-dev03_05_08.dps
But i got both white screens for the patched game.

It seems pretty straightforward to me. The only thing you have to make sure is that your filename is correct.

IIRC one has the Koma panel graphics translated, the other does not. Koma being the manga panels that comprise your deck.

There are links a few pages back that work, and the links in the first page of my translation index thread work. Unfortunately, I don't know of anywhere to get the DPS patcher from, as it seems to have vanished.

I downloaded the "full translation"and I still don't understand how to build a deck because the menu gfx aint done someone needs to finish the this one and the first one as well imho
