As far as I know they won't be making a sequel.

However, trying to get all the accomplishments and completing the secret day should take a while, and I don't think that should get boring anytime soon.

I would KILL for a sequel nonetheless

Yup, it truly was. The metaphysical concepts therein go well beyond anything I ever expected seeing on DS, and they were expressed masterfully. Personally, I read my share of Hermann Hesse some 25 years ago, but I think the game is perfect for expressing those types of ideas to the present generation. Great stuff, and damn-fun gameplay to boot.

Personally I didn't see the point to this game, didn't like it.
The game play was mediocre, after playing the intro I turn it off.
Waste of money if you purchased it, maybe it wasn't meant for my age (19).

Maybe if you gave it a chance... I haven't play the game yet, but you seem to be making a mistake too common nowadays: since it's free, you play it two seconds and forget about it, before getting to the real substance of the game. Trust me, your age has nothing to do with it, don't try to look mature. Peggle is extremely fun, yet it has a terribly kiddy/cuttish feel all over it.

PS: I seriously need to play this game. Too bad Platinum is eating up all of my free time.

But yeah, i played well into the intro etc, but didn't like the fighting style it had.
It looked like a homebrew DS fighting game i played ones.
The graphics weren't that impressive and the story line from what I play wasn't that great.
Being caught in between, either chose to fight or die, just seems to "mediocre" ones again.

I played it for a few hours to give it a chance but it never really got interesting for me. BTW the fighting on both screens is a lame gimmick, but most people seem to like the game. It's definitely different.

I loved the game but Neku really pissed me off for the first part of the game. He gets much better when the second week rolls up.

dude idc for all those who say its bad its awesome epic even u can just play it and say oh thats the story u gotta understand it its about a kid who has to decided if he has something in his life worth fighting for to regain his life through in some monsters a elaborate scheme some betrayal and some wacky characters like pi hat 'you're zetta slow. you're just a equation thats about to be solved' and u get a epic game made from square enix most people are like the intro sucks yea it does at first then gets like wtf y did u do that then u get into the game until the composer who is awesome by the way TWEWY FTW

TWEWY is an original game, no doubt. However, because of the creativity, TWEWY has become one of those "love it or hate it" games. It's my favorite DS game though.

Btw TC, did you try getting the secret reports yet? That may keep you occupied with the game for a while longer if you really liked it that much.

In my opinion, I enjoyed the game. It was a change of gameplay, gimmick or not. I enjoyed it, and the fact that a sequel is not out of the question (from an interview), has me pumped up.
Definitely not a waste of my money, in my opinion.

TWEWY is the best game! the gameplay with the top really wasnt a gimmick. ya at the start its not very intresting and not very important but wen u get closer to the end u really need the top screen and there will be times wen u fight a certain boss that u hav to use only the top at certain times

Can't wait, the game looks pretty awesome. Has quite a few good reviews too. ^^
