ROM Hack Suggestion L.A Noire 60FPS Patch

Can someone try and make a 60fps patch for L.A Noire. I know the game gets a bit wonky at 60fps but I want to see if it can run at 60fps.

Gameplay speed is tied to framerate like in Pokemon SwSh. 60 FPS = 2x faster game. I did it almost 4 months ago.

3 years and 4 months later it's now available with proper game speed by using FPSLocker. I will gladly take my golden shovel.
