If you are using a MMC (sys or emu) where you applied "Incognito" modification (using Incognito_RMC for example), I think you should be safe from "data stealing" by homebrews when CAL0 protection is off. However, it could still be written so you are not safe from "brickers".

Correct. Always have a NAND backup. Thank god there is no permabrick in this scene and anyone with a backup can feel 100% safe

Make sure you are on the latest Atmosphere and Hekate. (Or the latest bundle of Kosmos if that is what you use.)

Whenever I finish it, I'm working on it in my free time. I want it to automatically download the correct patches depending on the Atmosphere version you have installed, so people don't get mismatched versions of Atmosphere services. This works a bit differently from before where it would just download the latest patches. (This wasn't a problem before when ACID signature checks were done in FS, which Atmosphere hasn't re-implemented yet. However they are now in Loader thanks to Nintendo.) I'm also looking to have it let you select, which boot options you want to enable patches on and modify your hekate_ipl.ini file for you.

(I just pushed the latest code just to show that it is being worked on.)

Here is a version I compiled by taking code from Neutos, in "fs_mitm_service.cpp" file, on "FsMitmService :: OpenBisStorage" method.
I didn't test it because I won't recommand to remove this CAL0 protection (and I don't trust what Tinfoil would do with my console internal data). Use it with your own risks by putting it in "/atmophere/kips" folder...

Anyone tested this? Does this work?

SXOS and Neutos wont soft brick you when you update, and SXOS and Neutos work with the number one title installer in the scene, this does not.

It works with hekate, but not with what op posted here (patches).

chainload fusee primary and use different patches, these won’t work.

Or just use SXOS.

I have thousands of reasons not to use Neutos and Tinfoil. And I will keep mentioning them until they stop talking about them as users come to desperately ask for help from their bricks consoles.
