(most of those emulators, if you look at them, have very accurate features, and they are resource hogs, they can be scaled down and made inaccurate to have much better performance, but it appears the various author choices, is what makes emulation, dead, very unplayable on the vita)
(because of that, old computers with much less resources then the vita, perform better in most cases, "its not a platform issue, its a developer choice issue - that is what killed the vita, dumping all those unoptimized ps3/ps4 games onto it, then expecting them to sell")
"OpenBor" is an emulator it works great, its for beatem up games.
"Rpg Maker 2000/2003" works good, those are some very boring games though, wouldn't recommend it.
(ps4 controller works with a retropie/raspberry pi ... ... ... ... its the most "issue free", micro computer emulator for tv-on the market ... not the most expensive or pricey or powerful)
