Loading GBA and NDS Pokémon games from the same SD

I'm playing Gen4 Pokémon games as roms loaded from the SD card in my DSi. As far as I know, if my games were cartridges, there would be a way to load the GBA Gen3 games from the SD, but what about this case that both are being loaded from the SD?

Currently, there is no way to emulate Slot-2 (the GBA slot) in the Gen 4 Pokemon games.
If you want to transfer Pokemon, you can use pkmn-chest.
