Hey can anyone help me out. I'm doing research for my wiki for the jrpg series "Flyhight Cloudia".

I'm searching for the official English and Simpl. Chinese localizations of Flyhight Cloudia 2 by Embedded Arts, specifically I'm looking for the IPA file since as far as I know the translation was only published for the ios port of the game.

The official localization was published on February 05, 2013 and the Ios appstore page is here. Sadly the appstore page or its official website was not Archived.

Help is very much appreciated

Unfortunately, IPA files count among warez, and thus could not be requested since it is against the rules on GBAtemp.

Good luck with your quest for finding lost media, in any case I'm sure someone may be able to help you in a different place.
