ROM Hack Question Makes aspect ratio 6:19 instead of 4:3 for (machinarium)

As the title said is there any way to make machinarium game runs at fullscreen? I know I can zoom in but it’s not looks good enough. When I zoom out it has to black bars in both sides. Even if we can stretch to fill the screen it’ll also great option.

Machinarium runs at 16:10 so there are only small black bars on the side... Also the game is a bunch of hand drawn vignettes so most scenes edges would have nothing to display but black anyway.
