ROM Hack [Mario Kart Wii] Trying to build a Custom Track distribution

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for some help for something quite special.
I know the different custom Mario Kart Wii distributions (CTGP, Wiimms Fun etc) but I'm more looking for something personal.

Idealy, I'd like to build a custom Mario Kart Wii with pretty much Retro tracks from every Mario Kart i've chosen from the custom track wiki and some custom to try. So nothing more. I'm not looking for a crazy amount of tracks, just the basics, well ordered, with the choice of the different versions available on the Internet.

I thought about different solutions :

1) Editing tracks from CTGP but seems it's impossible using the My Stuff Folder
2) Decompressing a Wiimms Fun with the dolphin option (to also run games) and then swapping the tracks but i'm not sure if it'd be that simple.

I've checked a little at LE-Code etc but far from stuff too easy to handle for me since I just jump like that.

Is there any simple solution for me ?

I Think You Could Extract The Blob And Jelly.bin Files From CTGP-R And Replace Things From There Like The CTGP Logo And The Title Screens Or You Could Get A Mod Like MK Midnight And Replace Those Files From The Original Game
