Hacking MOD (60 fps) PSVita USB streaming! (UVC USB Video Class) Limit to 504p

By limiting the data rate from Vita USB to or below 330 mbps (Depend on your PC USB chip-set), it allow locked 60 fps for all games (Tested on POT Player).

How to limit the data rate? Keep the resolution to 896 x 504 or lower.

Source code based on xerpi code with little modification)

Note:

This is only a temporary solution to get locked 60 fps until xerpi further optimization the vita_udcd_uvc code.

I just tested this and YES it works better. It pushes the usb bandwidth up to 320 mbps and 57 fps all the time
in comparisson the original by xerpi uses only up to 309 mbps and at 896 x 504 it gets up to 54 (some 56 peaks, most of the time below 54) fps.
