If you done your mod correctly, then you'd have "Priiloader" installed (& many other important apps), & that I believe is a default setting to play any region.

You may want to elaborate on your mod technique, hardware & used & installed apps.

well of course i did that but the problem is thats i think nintendo channel needs to know the specific region (the banner is broken too it displays all regions text) but the wii menu version works fine so i think its a usbloader specific version

I think I'm too old to understand the "nintendo week" meaning :(

..... Your procedure/app used/method processes are still required. Getting a little tired repeating the same requests.
Send your SysCheck for further analysis, Fiona ;)

Backup/storage hardware (USB device/s), folder & file structures ?
well i dont think so because other things on the emunand work perfectly, but anything that uses riiconnect does not work, dunno why but its true, and nintendo channel uses riiconnect but the diffrence is while check mii out or everybody votes just say "no internet lmao" nintendo channel crashes on a white screen right before the text nintendo channel pops up along with a bunch of circles "I FUCKING HATE CIRCLES!",the screen before all that happens is white though so the app is just doing a crash right before it activates.

RiiConnect24 requires its own set of steps, I see u have a patched ios31 and ios80, if these came from riiconnect24 the u should be fine, although the recommended ios80 from modmii is a bit better both should work for riiconnect24. There's a step to run the mail patcher app as well, but I've never used riiconnect24 so I don't recall if there are more requirements, perhaps u also need to change the DNS setting

If u feed your syscheck into modmii it will help with everything else, like missing bootmii for example and optimal/latest cios's, but you'll need to double check the riiconnect24 instructions afterwards

Edit:
If someone wants riiconnect24, after using modmii they should follow their guide fully, except skipping updating to 4.3 (if applicable, because modmii's system menu ios's can get riiconnect24 working on all system menus) and skipping updating ios80, since modmii's already works with riiconnect24
