End of thr day, emulators are not illegal nor are other tools to enable you to play your own backups.
Nintendo need to fuck off, the only thing here they have a right to stop is those hosting the game for users to download, the emulators have nothing to do with this.
Maybe its time we find a judge that is an actual gamer and not a gimp thats easily bought, nintendo should be told to fuck off and do better to ensure its software is not pirated.

Id tell nintendo to go do one, start focusing on improving its software and maybe then gamers wouldnt have to resort to using fan created software in order to enjoy their games.
The frame rate on TotK is fucking terrible, I feel like im spazing out and missing 2-3 seconds playing the game, you can litrally see how bad it is just moving the main character.
Customers should be entitled to enforce their consumer legal rights and counter nintendo, force them to recall this pile of crap DLC and on title and make them fix the game so it can actually run and perform on a level that is how the game should be.
But end of the day we all know the reason why nintendo cant even run its own games, because they're cheap cunts that keep recycling inferior hardware and slap a gimmick on to fool the fanboys into thinking the console is something "innovative".
Id rather shove these gimmicks up their arse and have hardware that can actually play games as intended and actually enable third parties to support it with its current titles, not be a port whore machine with everything nintendo FAILED to get first time round.

When fact is no damage has been caused, gamers should be entitled to actually enjoy their games and be able to play them at its fullest, nintendos official hardware is not fit for its purpose, fan created software is able to run switch games better than the official hardware weeks before its officially released.
So that has to say alot, fan created software can run and play a game better than the intended hardware weeks before it is even released.
Where the fuck has consumer laws disappeared to, when a product has to be of a high standard that is fit for purpose, what happened to this bullshit official nintendo seal of quality.
That bullshit seal of quality that nintendo charged to use thats sole purpose was to ensure customers that when buying nintendo licensed software, that this seal of quality means and ensures that this game has passed all checks to make sure that this software is at the highest quality.
But we find nintendo dont even uphold to these standards that they themselves fucking set.
So fuck nintendo, we dont need them anymore, they're like a cancer to the gaming industry, they have gotten away for too long raping consumers out of hard earned cash having to re purchase the same old recycled shit over and over and over again.
They should be forced to catch up with todays standards in hardware and make its hardware capable of allowing third parties to release its current titles and be designed to do so for the remaining expected life of the console.
Not some cheap nasty gimmick crap that basically just capable of running the last generation console games.
But no, we dont live in the real world anymore, the world we live in is that those with money are able to do as they wish and when we the consumer want to enjoy a superior experience, nintendo can spit their pacifiers out and cry like little cunts to the judge and demand they shut this shit down and then claim millions in damages.
I bet not one single £1 is handed to third parties who have become victim to so called exploits that nintendo have done fuck all to prevent and ensure its console software is safe, I dont get how they get to earn £14m in damages when all nintendo have done is recycle and port its old shit that has already had its time on the market and made its money.
