can't win by the time usd converts to au it's just as expensive and than there's the postage charges...

example if i was to import a CC here 70 usd equals 92 au and with postage that comes back to the $100 or maybe higher. so we get ass fucked no matter what we do :hateit:

But they are not really sold out because at least as of a couple of hours ago they still had the pro controller and starter pack "bundle" available for $99. We all know that is an artificial bundle and not even a discount over buying separately.

Just got a pre-order from my local gamestop, just 3 left the clerk told me and the store just opened up. Thankfully I saved myself getting that $100 zelda bundle.

But still, the price of the controller was $75. Not 69.99, but legit 74.99 without tax. What a rip off for just a controller, yet I still per-ordered it. Besides, the way I see it, no one will be able to find a controller or a Nintendo Switch system for months. Hell, even the new3DS is still over priced at Amazon because Nintendo still can't produce in time.

All in all, Nintendo really needs to find a way to improve their marketing strat. as well as their bundled consoles (ie no game that comes with console). I might be just guessing, but this might bite them because of this.

There are plenty of UK retailers that have the Pro Controller up for pre-order so scalpers are going to have a hard time profiteering off it unless every retailer sells out.
