Never used it myself but this post should be helpful.....

Edit...
I see the not64 page on wiidatabase directs to a Wii64 modification by Fix94 for gamepad support. Is this the patch your using?
Taken from the page...
"The vWii forwarder DOL is for the WiiVC Injector Script . So Not64 runs much better when the higher Wii-U clock is used! This forwarder points to SD: //apps/not64/boot.dol. If you want to use the Wii U GamePad for control , you have to use the Wii64 modification of FIX94 . "
Wait WHAT!? Metroid Prime and Wii64 don't go together . Why did you put them together on the same sentence?wii64 supports wiiupad but there are games like metroid prime that lack particular functions such as rotating the camera to hook certain objects..do anyone know how to do it?
Not for me it doesn't. I have installed Wii64 with gamepad support and followed the guide word for word but although it does indeed create a working Wii U channel I cannot use the gamepad whatsoever. I would gladly post pictures as proof but for some reason new users cant post links?? Anyways, it shows a crossed out stylus symbol whenever you go to touch the gamepad, implying touchscreen isnt possible with the app.WiiU GamePad is working with Wii64 FIX94 build but not64 has a better compatibility ...
