Try just 1 VCD, or expand __.POPS partition. Maybe they're not all fitting inside the partition.

I had already expanded it to 100gb. Regardless, I got it to work with another pfs.bat from the guy who hosts the popstarter stuff.

none the less opl batch was handy for the art files

Everything was working fine when I used this tool yesterday but since today the script fails to correctly execute the PFS Shell script to copy VMC files.
Where should I start my troubleshooting ?

Edit : My +OPL partition was full... problem solved.

When in doubt, try turning your computer off and on again.
