Okay this is the newest bit of info, someone from a private torrent site who's beaten the scene before, claims to have ripped Halo 3 and upping it to an FTP site as we speak. He says it was done with kreon and xbc, stealth patched tested working on iXtreme 1.2c on hitatchi and samsung drives. the FTP owner is then upping it to another private torrent site, which will then make its way across the vastness of the internet with a newsgroup post probably later on. as it stands, in about 6 hours halo 3 -should- be accessible.
Now there's been lots of fakes, but theres real liklihood this is finally the real deal. The private site who's member this came from has released before the scene before, so its not a surprise to see it happen again. Be patient people, wednesday should be Halo 3 day.
