OK you have two operating systems going on and unneeded files, SO.....
1ST format memory card
2nd Download Just the R4isdhc_silver v1.25 firmware and extract it using 7 zip to your freshly formatted memory card
3rd Download the 3.0.0.6 upgrade file and extract it to the memory card also
4th follow my instruction above about how to execute the upgrade.

There should be NO file that has .rar at the end of it on your micro sd card before you try to update the R4isdhc card

I did the above steps and tried to update but when I did, I couldn't click anything. I wouldn't exactly say the screen was frozen, but I just can't press anything.

Since I don't have that flashcart (and assuming you do)... is it really that crucial to remove the unneeded rar files? Just wondering.
