Pokémon modifier Cheat on R4

I’m trying to use the Pokémon modifier cheat for black 2 on my r4 2019 and can’t figure how to get it to work. I got all my other cheats to work but this one also doesn’t give any instructions on how to activate it. Other action replay codes tell you to use masterballs but that doesn’t work.
