For those who have the problem of xdelta GUI not openning due to some problem ( like me ).
Here's the alternative way of patching rom and it's work for me.
1. Go down to Start and click on 'Run'.
2. In the 'Run' dialog box, type in 'cmd' and hit enter.
3. Now comes the tricky part, so follow closely...
4. Drag the 'xDelta.exe' onto the command-prompt window (Don't drag 'xDelta GUI.exe'!).
5. Then hit the space key.
6. Now type in 'patch' followed by a space.
7. Now drag the .patch file you want to apply to your ROM onto the command window.
8. Then hit the space key.
9. Now drag your Clean ROM onto the command window.
10. Then hit the space key.
11. Now drag your Clean ROM onto the command window again, once you have done that use your arrow keys to move the cursor so its over the '.' before the 'nds'
12. type in '_patched'.
13. Now hit enter and wait until you see the ROM with the '_patched' extension with the size '124 MB' ( for me it's 124 ).
14. There you are done! The patched ROM should be in the same folder as the original ROM.
Hope this help.
