Hey.


So I used to be a really slow typer (30 wpm or so), but relearned typing last year, and has served me fine ever since. To think I actually used my index finger as space.

I sit around 70-80 wpm now, and although it's only slightly above average, it's better than 30.

Anywho, that's my story.
What's yours?

Mine is 110+ WPM last time I checked on my trusty keyboard. I'm not as fast though when I'm on my phone or tablet.

EDIT: I checked it about a 6 months ago. I'll check it again tomorrow.

really though i type slow but not that slow . . . its because i cant spell worth shit . . . so no matter how fast i go i still need at least 3 minutes to post something like this . . . even with the horrid punctuation and grammar . . . so i selected the lamest option available

I think it's something above 110+ words per minute. Heck, I typed this in about 15 seconds or so.

I did the test years ago and got something like 125, just did it again and got 94

Might be the odd position I'm sitting in, or the fact that I have a rubber cover on my keyboard.

Typing speed in those online typing tests: 60 WPM.
Typing speed when I'm typing my own text: about double that.
I get lost and confused.

With copy and paste I have about 50000 wpm.

Last time I checked, I was like 90 WPS. The only thing really hindering me isn't typing so much, it's that I am actually dyslexic, so trying to read and properly spell a word at the same time really hinders me.
