I don't race while typing. I focus more on making my words matter than making them fast. Typing speed tests are just self-gratification.

I think that typerace is funny but I did it three times and there are several thing that make it hard for me
1. Everything is English which is harder for me
2. Some texts have lots of , . ! ' or whatever and stuff like ' is actually harder to write on a Germany keyboard than on an English one
3. The texts are different (which is good so that you cannot just learn it) which makes it hard to compare as I noticed different difficulties (for the race its okay but for comparing typingspeed with other people who did other texts it's not)
I learned to write blind and I had about 80-100 letters a minute some years ago, no idea if it got faster or slower ... so ~1,5 keys pressed a second

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme -

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.
The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
